GUARANTEE & REFUNDS: Your satisfaction with our reference material is our primary concern. But since the amount is minimal and we are sending the courseware via email which cannot be reverted there will be no refund possible whatsoever, under any circumstances. FEES, CHARGES & BILLING: Guitar Scales Simplified can create a login and find options to purchase our bundle of reference material. By submitting your credit card, debit card, or PayPal information, and associating that information with your Guitar Scales Simplified account, you authorize Guitar Scales Simplified to process your purchase accordingly.

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM: Any complaints, abuse or concerns with regards to content and or comment or breach of these terms shall be immediately informed to Guitar Scales Simplified.
